The short version: we never touch a parcel. The retailer behind each listing packs, ships, and tracks every order under its own rates and windows.

Whether it's one pencil or the full six-line haul, delivery terms are set at the retailer's checkout -- combining items there works the same as with anything else they sell.

Tracking lives on your order page with the retailer. If a box goes quiet, their support can see it; the bar can't.
