A shade that fights your hair color, glue that argues with sensitive eyes -- it happens, and it's fixable. Every return runs through the retailer's own policy for the listing you bought.

Open your orders with the retailer, pick the item, and follow their flow; refunds and labels are theirs end to end.

One practical note from the bar: cosmetics returns usually go smoother unopened, so shade-check against the guide here before breaking a seal.
